Read in March ❥ April TBR

Hakuna Matata

So March is over and I got out of my reading slump! I'm happy about that. This month I read total of 10 books! Yay!

Jennifer Niven "All the Bright Places"

I just thought that the cover was cute. Then I fell in love with the story.

The story of a girl who learns to live from a boy who wants to die. Theodore Finch wants to take his own life. He thinks, he's broken, and no one can fix him. Violet Markey is devastated by her sister's death. They meet on the ledge of the school bell tower, and so their story begins. It's only together they can be themselves. But, as Violet's world grows, Finch's begins to shrink. How far will Violet go to save the boy she has come to love?

Tahereh Mafi "Unravel Me"

Again the cover compelled me. Soon as I finished the first book, I started to read the second one.

Juliette has escaped from The Reestablishment. And she found refuge at Omega Point, where people were more or less like her, with powers, each individual different. She was safe from The Reestablishment and safe to love Adam, but her touch still was lethal. Warner wants Juliette more than ever. Juliette will have to make some life-changing choices.

Read in February ❥ March TBR

February was pretty much horrible for me. I read only 4 books. Shame on me! *sigh*

Tahereh Mafi "Shatter Me"

I went into the bookshop and saw this amazingly beautiful book. I instantly needed to buy it.

Juliette hasn't touched anyone in a long while. The last time she did, she killed someone and The Reestablishment locked her up in an asylum for murder. Her touch is fatal and no one knows why. Beside Juliette, the world is shattering and breaking apart. Food is hard to find, plants don't grow, birds don't fly anymore, everything is different. The Reestablishment has plans for Juliette. Plans to use her as a weapon. But Juliette has plans of her own. After a lifetime without freedom, she's finally discovering a strenght to fight back for the very first time - and to find a future with the one boy she thought she'd lost forever.

Kass Morgan "Day 21"

At last I read the second book of The 100, and it was even more awesome than the first one!

It's been 21 days since they landed on Earth, they thought they were alone, but that wasn't true. Facing an unknown enemy, Wells attempts to keep the group safe after the tragic attack. Clarke strikes out in search of other colonists, while Bellamy is determined to rescue his sister, no matter the cost. And back on the ship, Glass faces an unthinkable choice between the love of her life and life itself.
